LVVR Sparkling brut is a bottle fermented, off-dry (0.5% residual sugar) sparkling wine made entirely in the Lodi appellation. The fruit is sourced from within the Lodi appelation. Harvested early to ensure ripe flavors and high acids. The base wine is carefully crafted before being bottle fermented. The bottles are lightly aged prior to disgorging. The style is young and fresh, ready for enjoyment.
